Shipping and Returns

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY...

1. IF YOU REQUIRE A RETURN, REFUND, OR WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE START BY WRITING US HERE: support@sensoryscout.com.
2. We will respond within 24 hours to help make things right.
3. We will communicate with you via email which allows us to take care of your issues, refunds, swaps, etc.

Thank you for your purchase, your trust, and your honesty... now, our attorney wants us to include formal language below :)

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
We definitely don't want you holding onto items that do not work for you. So please reach out to us to let us know if you're not sure about a product. 

1. Item arrives broken or damaged
  • If you receive a broken or damaged item, please send us a photo of the item and we will issue you a replacement item or a complete refund. 
2. Item arrives in mint condition but you'd like a return
  • If you'd like to return an unused item that is still in its original packaging, simply contact our support team BEFORE you ship it back to us, they will determine authorization and give you return instructions. We will issue a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee per order, within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Other circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs.

Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the return can be properly applied to your account.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are getting a replacement, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
